The report highlights how the BridgeAI programme has supported over 5,000 organisations across the UK to adopt AI responsibly and effectively. Hoppa's inclusion recognises the work we have been doing to strengthen our information security posture through our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
About the case study
Through BridgeAI, Hoppa worked with BSI consultants to develop a structured, top-down understanding of ISO 27001 and how to apply it meaningfully within our organisation. The engagement provided external validation of our existing ISMS controls and practical guidance for conducting risk identification and mitigation more systematically. As a result, we have established a scalable roadmap for managing information security risks proactively - one that will grow with us as the team expands - in readiness for ISO 27001 certification in H2 2026.
Why this matters
At Hoppa, we work with sensitive project information on behalf of clients in the built environment. Robust information security isn't optional - it underpins the trust that makes our work possible. Being included in a national report that benchmarks responsible AI adoption affirms our commitment to building a platform that clients can rely on.
